Security & trust
Modernizing a legacy estate means working near the systems a business cannot afford to break. ScaledNative is built so the estate stays untouched, the data stays inside your boundary, and every action is governed by construction.
ScaledNative reads your estate through a read-only overlay. The platform never writes to a production mainframe or a system of record. Discovery, dependency mapping, and rule extraction all operate on copies and read paths — so touching a regulated estate carries no operational risk.
An egress gate sits between the platform and anything that would leave your perimeter. It defaults to closed: if a path isn't explicitly allowed, data does not move. Restricted source and estate content cannot be exfiltrated to an external model or service by accident.
Every customer gets a forked model that runs inside their own boundary. There is no foundation model in someone else's cloud metered by the agent-minute, and no requirement to ship your source to an external endpoint. Your model and your data never leave your walls.
Lineage is the spine of the system, not a report generated at the end. Every extracted rule, every code unit, and every approval is recorded and traceable. Governance is a property of how the platform works — auditable from the first read to the deployed workflow.
Each reimagined unit traces back to the source rule and the line it came from. Target-selection decisions carry a documented rationale. When a regulator, an auditor, or an acquirer asks why, the answer is in the lineage — not in a slide.
Each customer runs as an isolated instance with its own model fork. The platform is one codebase; the deployment is single-tenant. No shared model state, no cross-tenant data path, no co-mingled estate content.
An honest note on certifications
The architecture above is verifiable — the overlay, the fails-closed gate, the in-boundary model, the lineage spine. As formal attestations are completed, they'll be published here with their scope and date. We don't claim a certification before it exists.
We'll review the in-boundary deployment, the egress gate, and the lineage model against your estate and your controls.
